In our first episode, we are joined by Phil Hope, the former Minister of State for Care Services. Phil reflects on his work developing the National Care Service and the first national dementia strategy. We explore the ongoing challenges of integrating health and social care, the necessity of political consensus, and what meaningful reform could look like if lessons from past policy are taken seriously.
