Government transparency campaign
Imagine a future where the government is transparent about social care funding. Where funding decisions are clear, accountable, and based on evidence and a genuine understanding of the needs of people who draw on social care.
This is the vision behind our #govttransparency campaign. We believe that government openness about adult social care funding is essential to drive meaningful change, secure adequate resources, and ultimately improve the lives of those who rely on these vital services to lead gloriously, ordinary lives.

our mission
We continue our legal action to demand the government opens the books and reveals the information we all need to ensure a properly funded and sustainable social care system. By supporting our legal efforts and sharing our campaign, you are directly contributing to a movement demanding a more transparent and equitable future for adults who have a right to social care in the UK.
Our #govttransparency campaign has involved significant legal challenges, as well as landmark victories at the Information Tribunal, which have forced the government to release previously hidden information. However, the fight for full transparency continues.
Our long-running legal and policy campaign for Government Transparency in adult social care funding continues, and while progress can sometimes feel slow, it we are gaining momentum. Alongside the legal work, there is a growing effort to bring these issues into the public conversation, including through engagement with the media who are showing interest in this important case.
