Discovery session

An exploratory session with a practising solicitor to understand your organisation’s specific legal needs and determine how best our services can support them.

Legal advice sessions

Offering up to eight legal advice sessions per month for the advisers in your organisation or the individuals you support. Our expert legal team will guide them through complex social care issues and provide timely, solutions-focused advice.

    Discuss cases with us and receive health and social care legal advice and strategic direction to support people who draw on health and social care. We help you understand the situation and suggest next steps.

    Resources:

    Access a wealth of legal resources, including factsheets and template letters, to help your team provide quick, practical advice.

    Membership data reports:

    Stay informed with monthly reports that summarise advice provided and highlight trends.

Casework

Offers hands-on support, up to eight days per month, ensuring those you serve receive the care they’re entitled to. We provide proactive case management, strategic guidance, and legal training to maximise your impact.

  • Surgery calls:

    Discuss cases with our legal experts and receive strategic direction to support individuals who draw on health and social care. We assess situations and provide actionable advice.

    Triage calls:

    If more information is required, we connect directly with individuals or their families for further assessment, guiding them on next steps.

    Casework:

    If needed, our legal experts will take on the case to resolve the issue.

    Monthly meetings with legal managers:

    To share your organisation’s evolving needs, address training gaps, and receive updates on trends, regulations, and emerging legal issues.

    Training:

    In-depth, tailored training for your team on social care law, including the Care Act 2014, other relevant legislation, and how to get the most out of your membership.
