This year has been one of significant milestones and accelerated impact. As we celebrated our fifth birthday in December 2024, we transitioned from a passionate start-up to a maturing organisation, focused on building the infrastructure needed to sustain meaningful change at scale.

Access Social Care began in 2020, and it’s hard to believe that we are now approaching our 5th birthday. Yet with over 400,000 people on a waiting list to have a social care assessment and at least 2.6 million with an unmet social care need, our work has never been more vital.
Annual Report 2023
2022-23 has been an exciting year of growth here at Access Social Care. From securing the funding to grow our in-house tech team and develop our chatbot, to driving system change, to continuing to support clients to get the social care they have a right to; there was a lot to cover in this year’s annual report.
