Challenging and Appealing LAA Funding Decisions

This free lunchtime webinar will explore the processes and strategies for challenging decisions made by the Legal Aid Agency (LAA). We’ll cover:

  • The review and independent adjudicator stages

  • Time limits and relevant regulations

  • How the LAA typically responds and how to counter their position

  • Preparing for the independent adjudicator

  • When it may be appropriate to consider pre-action protocol letters

The session will include a presentation, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A. Attendees are encouraged to bring examples or experiences to share.
