This free lunchtime webinar will explore the processes and strategies for challenging decisions made by the Legal Aid Agency (LAA). We’ll cover:
The review and independent adjudicator stages
Time limits and relevant regulations
How the LAA typically responds and how to counter their position
Preparing for the independent adjudicator
When it may be appropriate to consider pre-action protocol letters
The session will include a presentation, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A. Attendees are encouraged to bring examples or experiences to share.
