To help our partners, supporters and the wider social care community stay informed, we've launched the AccessAva newsletter. It will provide regular updates on new product features, user stories, research, partnerships and the impact AccessAva is having across England.
Highlights from our first edition
The AccessAva newsletter celebrated an exciting milestone: more than 25,000 conversations have now taken place through AccessAva. This reflects the growing demand for accessible information that helps people understand their rights and navigate social care with confidence.
We also shared the inspiring story of Anne, a carer who used AccessAva to better understand her legal rights and successfully secure respite care after years without support. Her experience demonstrates how accessible legal information can empower people to advocate for themselves and achieve better outcomes.
The newsletter also introduced the new Browse Resources feature, giving users quicker access to legal letters, factsheets and Easy Read guidance, alongside a preview of upcoming functionality that will allow legal letters to be sent directly to users' inboxes.
Looking ahead, we highlighted our work to develop guidance for self-funders and invited people to help shape this new area of support through our research panel.
Finally, we celebrated reaching 40 AccessAva hosting partners, marking another important milestone in making trusted legal guidance available through organisations that people already know and trust.
