Access Social Care is a specialist health and social care rights advice organisation. We work with communities to increase knowledge of the law and our rights, and we collaborate with social services whilst ensuring legal obligations are met. With a 98% success rate, our teams of lawyers ensure fair access to justice when things go wrong.
Ultimately we are working towards a future where social care is adequately funded and we all get the support we need.
2022-23 has been an exciting year of growth here at Access Social Care. From securing the funding to grow our in-house tech team and develop our chatbot, to driving system change, to continuing to support clients to get the social care they have a right to; there was a lot to cover in this year’s annual report.
